A dry winter, cool spring and a hot, heatwave-driven summer made for an early, compressed 2025 harvest. Late rain came at just the right time, and while yields were low, the wines show great concentration, balance and refined tannins.
Our estate vineyard is nestled in the Whites Valley, where a complex mosaic of geology shapes the character of the site. Certified organic, biodynamic and SWA, the vineyard is planted on predominantly ironstone-rich clay loam over limestone, providing a distinctive foundation for our wines.
Bright and perfumed, this McLaren Vale Grenache pairs a light touch with a brooding undertone. Ripe red summer berries are lifted by whole-bunch spice and florals, and soft tannins draw out a long, lingering finish.
